Prop Firm Game / FAQ
Prop Firm Game FAQ
Prop Firm Game is a free browser game about going from broke to funded with futures prop firms: work a day job, buy an evaluation, pass it, get funded and collect twelve payouts. No sign-up, no download, no real money.
What is Prop Firm Game?
Prop Firm Game is a free browser game about the life of a futures prop firm trader. You start broke, work a day job for your first evaluation money, buy an evaluation, pass it in a trading terminal, get funded and request payouts. Collect all twelve payouts - three fictional firms, four account sizes - to become a Legend.
Is Prop Firm Game free?
Yes. The game is completely free, with no ads, no account, no sign-up and nothing to buy. It runs in your web browser on a computer, tablet or phone. Funded Program Finder makes it and pays for it through one discount code: if you use code FPF at a real prop firm, the firm may pay FPF a commission.
Is there real money in Prop Firm Game?
No. Every dollar, account and trade in the game is fake, and the price charts are simulated. You cannot win or lose real money, and nothing you do in the game is connected to a real broker, exchange or prop firm.
How do you win Prop Firm Game?
Collect all twelve payouts. Each of the three fictional firms - FOMO Futures, OneMoreTrade and Tilt Prop Firm - has four account sizes: 25K, 50K, 100K and 150K. For each one you buy the evaluation, pass it, claim the funded account and request the payout. Clear all twelve and the game names you a Legend. The full walkthrough is here.
How long does Prop Firm Game take to finish?
It is a campaign, not a quick round: twelve evaluations to buy, pass and get paid on, with the day job, side quests and a whole city in between. The game saves automatically in your browser, so you can stop at any time and pick up where you left off.
Does Prop Firm Game work on a phone?
Yes. On a phone the game plays in landscape with touch controls: drag a thumb or use the arrows to move, E to interact, plus the map, the phone and a Leave button. On a computer you play with the keyboard: WASD or the arrow keys, E, M for the map, P for the phone and Esc to go back.
Are the prop firms in the game real?
No. FOMO Futures, OneMoreTrade and Tilt Prop Firm are made up for the game, and so are their prices and rules. Only the Prop Discounts room shows real partner firms: its screen opens Funded Program Finder's live deals page, and each deal opens on the firm's own site.
Can Prop Firm Game help me pass a real prop firm evaluation?
It can help you understand how evaluations work - profit targets, drawdown limits, funded accounts and payouts - and why revenge trading and oversizing blow accounts. It is a game, not training or financial advice, and real firms each have their own rules that you should read before you buy. The prop firm glossary explains the terms.
What is code FPF?
In the game, code FPF takes 25% off an evaluation at the Evaluation Office. In real life, FPF is Funded Program Finder's one discount code at every futures prop firm on its deals page. If you use it, the firm may pay Funded Program Finder a commission at no extra cost to you.
Does my progress save?
Yes, automatically, in your browser's local storage on that device. There is no account, so progress does not move between devices, and clearing your browser's site data resets the game. You can also start over from the Settings app on the in-game phone.
What do you trade in Prop Firm Game?
NQ futures, the Nasdaq-100 contract that many prop traders favor, on a simulated price chart. You buy or sell contracts in the trading terminal at your apartment desk, aim for the profit target and must never let your equity touch the max drawdown line. The market moves in trends and chop and never favors your side, so reading the chart is the skill. A funded account then has its own profit target before a payout, and its drawdown is EOD trailing: it moves up only at the end of a session, from your closing balance.
Is Prop Firm Game hard? Can I make it harder?
Hard enough to feel real. By default the game plays normal rules: a wider drawdown and a smaller payout target than a real firm would set. For the real thing, turn on Real prop rules in the phone's Settings - real firm drawdowns and payout targets for every account you buy while it is on (an account keeps the rules it was bought on). It stays on even if you reset the game, so you can finish once on normal rules and run all twelve payouts again the hard way.
Who made Prop Firm Game?
Funded Program Finder (FPF), a site that compares futures prop firms and shares one discount code, FPF. FPF built the game to make the prop firm journey fun - and honest about how hard it is. More about the game and FPF.
